Over ten years ago now we created Anthony Pullen Personal Training and Rehab, with personal training being at the forefront of the services on offer. We saw a gap in the market to offer a facility which could provide one-to-one training and semi-private group training facility, providing a friendly and comfortable environment where people could exercise safely without the fear of intimidation or prying eyes as sometimes experienced in large gyms.
We realised that group classes was also a service we could offer therefore we introduced bootcamps, a class which would underpin the key components of fitness, strength and cardiovascular exercise provided in a fun and engaging way. Again we wanted to create a small community of members where people could train together, lift some weights and feel comfortable with no judgement and the classes have just continued to grow.
